Ingredients
- 1.5(Peeled) Hard Boiled Egg
- Cooking Oil
- 1Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1Tsp Minced Shallot
- Sauce Mixture :
- 2 Tbsp Sempio Gochujang
- 150 ml Water
- 1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Sugar (Add in all sauce mixture, mixed well & set aside)
- **Toasted sesame seeds – Optional
Directions
- Heat oil in wok and fry the boiled eggs until golden brown and leave aside.
- Stir fry garlic and shallot until fragrant.
- Add in Gochujang mixture and simmer over medium heat for 1 minute.
- Add in egg and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes or till sauce thicken.
- Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle with toasted sesame seed and serve hot
