Ingredients
- 1200g Fresh Udon
- 2 Medium cloves Garlic (Finely chopped)
- 1/4 Red Capsicum (Sliced)
- 1/3 Onion (Sliced)
- 2 Stalk Scallions (Sliced)
- 2 Mushrooms (Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Ottogi Sesame oil
- Tbsp Sempio Kalbi Sauce Marinade:
- 20g Meat Slice
- 1 Tsp Ottogi Sesame Oil
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the garlic. Then, stir fry the meat, mushroom and for 2-3 minutes.
- Put in the cooked Udon and Kalbi sauce.
- Lastly, put in scallion and sesame oil stir-fry continuously for a few minutes. Serve hot.
